Does Drmstrckn make the products in-house?

No. All Drmstrckn items are printed, packed, and shipped through a world-class fulfilment partner. This allows us to offer premium print-on-demand and dropshipping services globally without holding inventory.

What terms apply when I shop with Drmstrckn?

By purchasing from Drmstrckn, you agree to our Terms of Service. You must be of legal age to order and agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to update product pricing, shipping, and policies without prior notice.

What if my order arrives damaged or with a print issue?

If your product is defective, misprinted, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We'll either reprint the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference-based changes. If there's a genuine issue with your order, such as damage or a production error, we'll take care of it.

How does shipping work?

We ship worldwide. Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days for local orders, International Shipping takes 5-20 business days, and Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days in select regions. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Yes. Our products come with a 30-day quality guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
